Being the founder of Skinner Law Firm, Michael J. Skinner has many years of criminal defense experience under his belt. Gaining experience as a former Assistant District Attorney in Chester County, Michal has had to deal with a wide variety of criminal cases included DUI, violent crimes, domestic violence and drug charges.

Working hard with his father in his tree business, Michael learned the values of responsibility. Born and raised in Delaware County, he has been living in Chester County for the past eight years. Before opening his own criminal defense law firm, Michael spent quite a few years working for the District Attorney's Office in West Chester. Starting off as a legal intern in law school, upon his graduation he proved his talent and knowledge and was swiftly promoted to Assistant District Attorney. In this position he dealt with scores of criminal cases and prosecuted many DUI cases.
