Hello Karla, My name is Bryan Escobedo. I recently got charged with a Delivery of Methamphetamine and a Possession of Methamphetamine. I was a passenger in the vehicle and at the time and was not on probation. I sincerely feel like they preformed an illegal search and seizure. My cell phone and personal cash were seized and has not yet been returned to me. However, I was told they would be due to insufficient evidence of distribution. I desperately need the cash returned to me. As you know the Covid-19 has restricted many people from income. I would also like to take appropriate legal action as far as charges go. I have witnesses that were present during the very invasive, personal and rough search on my person. Thank you for taking the time to read this email.
