Sara L. Rose aggressively protects employers’ rights in workers’ compensation and employment-related matters. She only practices workers’ compensation and employment law, so clients benefit from deep expertise in this area. She has experience representing Fortune 100 companies, small family-owned businesses, and everyone in between.
Employers who work with Attorney Rose are represented by one of the top employment attorneys in Ohio. Unlike bigger law firms, there is no "second team" of less experienced attorneys. Attorney Rose handles every client engagement. This means legal matters are more likely to be resolved in her clients’ favor.
Sara L. Rose is Central and Southern Ohio’s only attorney who has earned certification by the OSBA as a specialist in both Labor & Employment Law and Workers’ Compensation Law. She graduated as the Valedictorian of the Capital University Law School in 1995, and earned her B.A. with Honors from the University of Maryland.
Her current memberships include the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association (Board of Governors, Labor and Employment Law, 1999–2006), American Bar Association, Central Ohio Self Insurers Association, DRI-The Voice of the Defense Bar, Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce, Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce, and Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland Board of Directors.
