Antoine G. Marshall

Antoine led me to believe he was a skilled attorney and had sufficient experience in matters of Estate law and administration. I hired him and over the last 4 months he has not followed up on any items, repeatedly failed to communicate which resulted in my family almost missing appearing at a court date because he failed to tell us about it. He failed to represent our best interests and advocate for us as his client despite me asking repeatedly that he do so and the need for him to communicate with me. He confirmed with me a court date that I and my family were taking off work to attend and 2 days before the court date we found out the court date he told us had never been scheduled. We lost a court date because he failed to follow through in scheduling and as a result of his inaction the legal proceedings have been delayed for several months. I later found out his experience has been in document review and preparing legal paperwork so he misrepresented himself to us in his skills and expertise.
