Defended various Federal Racketeering, Murder, Drugs and Gun Running cases in District Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as drug, robbery and murder trials in the state courts of New York and New Jersey. Conducted numerous federal appeals and habeas corpus proceedings before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Third Circuits and Ninth, as well as employment discrimination & civil rights matters before the Federal Courts. Wrote and argued post-trial motions in U.S. v. Gotti (LoCascio) with 2nd circuit panel including Sandra Day O’Connor.
