Attorney Biography

Attorney Joseph Fricano began studying the criminal justice system as an undergraduate while attending St. Anselm's College, after which he joined the United States Marine Corps. While serving as a lieutenant, he gained law enforcement experience as a military police officer (MP) at Camp Pendleton, California. After completing service, he joined the Nashua Police Department. Following his law enforcement career, he became a prosecutor and handled hundreds of cases while working at the Rochester Police Department and the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office. In 2011, he opened his private practice and takes pride in his courtroom skills, professional integrity, and commitment to obtaining the best result possible. He has received numerous awards for his work, including a Navy Achievement Medal, Arthur Kehas Achievement Award, and other commendations from the Nashua Police Department.
