Mike Cutler has joined Dick Evans in the EvansCutler law partnership, combining 60 years of advocacy for marijuana prohibition reform. We represent applicants for medical marijuana dispensary licenses in Massachusetts and ancillary businesses. We work with groups on their internal business organization and siting agreements, with the state agency licensing applicants, and with municipal siting authorities. We also provide criminal defense and real estate services for our clients across the state, from Berkshire County to Boston, including Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard.
