Based in Annapolis, I am able to take cases all over the State. I often find myself in Baltimore City and County, Carroll County, Frederick Coutny, and on the Eastern Shore. I am a former prosecutor and a member of LEAP (formally Law Enforcement Against Prohibition). I am passionate about ending the war on drugs, especially the war on marijuana.
