Attorney Biography
I am the attorney and managing partner of McCabe Law, LLC. I practice in the areas of medical marijuana and business law and handle both transactional and litigation matters, and have experience with medical marijuana law as it relates to real estate transactions, employment law, grower (caregiver) compliance, education and school law, zoning and local ordinance law, and criminal law, among others areas. I have also negotiated and structured a number of Maine- and Massachusetts-based agreements and joint ventures.
I earned my J.D., cum laude, in 2012 from the University of Maine School of Law, and my B.A., Dean’s List, in Economics and Theater in 2005 from Bowdoin College.
