Jason Alloy

Our law firm was formed on May 1, 2008 as RobbinsLaw, but its genesis goes back much further. The founding members, Richard Robbins and Alexa Ross, have 29 years and 20 years of experience, respectively, in commercial litigation and practiced at one of the largest national, Atlanta-based law firms. Gary Freed, a prominent litigator in Atlanta, joined the firm as a Member in 2010, forming Robbins Freed & Ross. In just over two years, "RobbinsFreed" has grown from four to eleven attorneys. Two of our attorneys, Jason Alloy and Josh Belinafante, became Members on January 01, 2011. RobbinsFreed has a straight-forward business model: Create a team of attorneys with top-tier credentials who are focused on business litigation and regulatory law. That model has enabled RobbinsFreed to offer the sophistication of a larger firm with the more personalized and efficient operations of a smaller firm, resulting in high quality and more cost-effective counsel to our clients.
