In addition, as a result of his million dollar settlements and verdicts he was invited to be a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive association that only identifies attorneys who have won a verdict of over a million dollars for their clients.

Mr. Farbman serves and assists those who have been wrongfully injured and he doesn’t rest until his clients receive the justice that they deserve. The verdicts he fights for often outweigh the expectations even his own clients have, Mr. Farbman successfully litigated and received jury award in excess of Four Million Dollars for a mother who after being struck by a tractor trailer at a red light underwent several spinal surgeries. He also received a jury verdict in excess of seven million dollars for a grandmother who was severely injured when, as a passenger, she was thrown from a motorcycle. Mr. Farbman’s reputation as a hardnosed litigator, has also allowed him to resolve cases for his clients without the need of lengthy and costly litigation. He recently successfully negotiated a settlement in excess of One Million Dollars for an immigrant truck driver who suffered back injuries in a trucking accident in Indiana, successfully arguing with an insurance carrier to afford coverage to a wife and children who lost their husband and father in a severe car crash, and helping many Florida consumers who have been injured from defective products, drunk drivers, motor vehicle crashes, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, animal attacks, and more.

Practicing law since 1985, Steve has become a prominent member of the South Florida community. Throughout his career and through the achievements he has attained, Steve has still maintained the persona of an unassuming, friendly, caring, and sincere person who likes to view each client as a member of his own family. Beyond his professional work, he is heavily involved in charitable organizations, often donating his spare time to assist those in need. He was involved in the Guardian ad Litem program during which time he helped protect abused children throughout Broward County. He has chaired the Leadership Program sponsored by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, sat on their executive board of directors, and is currently a member of the board of directors for the Nova Southeastern Alumni Association.

Mr. Farbman was born and raised in the state of New Jersey. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania before going on to receive his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, located in Davie, Florida. Currently, In addition to his South Florida presence, Mr. Farbman has handled serious injury cases throughout the State of Florida as well as helping local residents who are injured outside of this State.
