About Ruben M. Scolavino

Attorney Biography

After earning his law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law, Ruben M. Scolavino spent the last 15 years of my career handling criminal cases at both the state and federal level.

As a former prosecutor in New York, he worked alongside some of the best detectives in the country, learning how the police and the prosecution investigate and prepare their cases.

As a defense attorney, he has represented professional athletes, politicians, law enforcement officers and other high profile individuals charged with serious criminal offenses.

He is fluent in Spanish and licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Florida, New Jersey and New York.
