For over 38 years I've helped people and small businesses resolve disputes, involving contracts they've made, business relationships they're involved in, and land they own or are buying or selling.

And I've helped people get their lives back together after they have been hurt in an accident, or a family member has been hurt in, or died as the result of, an accident.

I've litigated in the trial and appellate courts of Florida, so if a lawsuit needs to be prosecuted or defended, I do it. The Florida Supreme Court certified me to mediate civil disputes in the Circuit Courts of Florida, which I have done since in 2007, and certified me as an Appellate Mediator in 2014. I've affiliated with the experienced and capable mediators at Mediation Firm, Inc., to mediate cases.
