Attorney Biography
Marian is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law and is AV Preeminent rated with Martindale-Hubbell. She handles exclusively Marital and Family Law matters including premarital and postmarital agreements. Marian has been a lawyer for over 37 years. She handles litigation and negotiation of complex dissolutions of marriage, alimony and child support, equitable distribution of marital assets and debts, involving valuations of goodwill, business interests, professional practices, real estate, deferred compensation and appreciation of and enhancement of non-marital assets, paternity matters, including timesharing and parenting plans. She is respected by judges and fellow attorneys. She served as President of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers and is a founding member and Master of the Stann Givens Family Law Inn of Court. She is a trained Collaborative Attorney, and is a member of the Tampa Bay Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the International Academy of Colloborative Professionals.
