Attorney Biography
Florida native, Douglas R. Coenson has been an attorney for 20 years and is a member of the Florida and California State Bar Associations. He assists clients with their Estate Planning and Probate needs. Additionally, he handles Lemon Law cases and various Consumer Law matters. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association's Speaker's Bureau and has presented to various civic organizations on topics such as financial planning for incapacity.
Having worked in the managed care industry for over 13 years, Mr. Coenson is very familiar with HMO policies, and also aids clients with appealing denials for health care services and payments.
He is a former Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, and former member of the American Bar Assosication, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Mr. Coenson earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts in 1991. His Juris Doctorate Degree was earned from Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, California in 1999, where he was also a member for the Who's Who of American Law Students. Attorney Coenson currently resides in Palm Beach County.
