BOARD CERTIFIED DUI DEFENSE EXPERT!
I am one of only three Board Certified DUI Defense Experts in Florida and the only one with offices in Orlando, Gainesville, Tavares, West Palm and Tampa. I am Board certified as a DUI Defense specialist by the National College for DUI Defense, which is the only organization accredited to award Board Certification in DUI Defense by the American Bar Association. I have authored or co-authored 8 books on DUI Defense, including manuals used to train other lawyers how to defend clients accused of DUI. Further, I speak both locally and nationally at continuing legal education seminars designed to teach other lawyers the art of DUI Defense.
Prior to becoming a DUI Defense attorney, I was the lead DUI prosecutor in the Seminole County State Attorneys office. During my time as the Lead DUI Prosecutor, I received personal training from the president of CMI, Inc., the manufacturer of the Intoxilyzer 8000, which is the only breath test instrument in use for evidentary purposes in Florida. I know of no other DUI Defense Attorney who has had this unique training and experience.
