Betsey T Herd

Betsey Herd is a Pre-eminent rated lawyer by Martindale Hubbell. She has been nominated by her peers as a Super Lawyer from 2010 through the present and has made the top 50 Women Lawyers list in 2010 and 2014. She also has a 10/10 rating on AVVO and is the past President (2007) of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers. Ms. Herd has a masters degree in Cardiovascular Physiology and worked for 9 years in the health care industry. She concentrates her legal work in helping victims of catastrophic events, including medical malpractice, trucking and commercial accidents, product liability and motorcycle accident matters.
