ennifer E. Schlatter is an attorney in Denver, CO, with the law firm of Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor PC. Her practice is focused on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including: trademark prosecution, counseling, licensing and enforcement, including representation of clients in trademark proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; copyrights prosecution, counseling, licensing and enforcement; international trademark and copyright issues; IP and related litigation, including trademark infringement, false advertising, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition; publishing related transactions, including preparation and negotiation of publishing agreements; and transactional entertainment law.
