David E Moorhead

David Moorhead has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a graduate degree from Southern Methodist University Law School.

He began his career in law in 1989 serving as Deputy District Attorney in Grand Junction.

David started his private practice with a focus on criminal defense in 1992 and has been the attorney-of-record in over 3,200 cases in multiple Colorado counties.

David understands the difficulty of dealing with criminal charges and is committed to giving his clients both the personal attention they deserve as well as over 25 years’ experience in helping clients maneuver through the complex legal system in Colorado.
