Attorney Biography
I represent local, national and international clients in the areas of business planning and transactions, oil & gas and energy law, and commercial real estate.
In my business practice, I handle a wide range of projects including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, business formation and consulting, general corporate and business governance, business contracts, commercial lending, project finance, and securities and private placements.
In real estate, I represent clients in connection with the purchase, sale, exchange, development, financing, leasing and management of commercial, retail and industrial real estate. I have also handled a variety of specialized commercial real estate matters including tenant-in-common (TIC) syndication, LIHTC and HTC tax credit transactions, commercial mortgage backed securities loan defeasance and common ownership transactions.
I am admitted to practice law in Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas.
