Vincent Tucci is the past and one of the longest serving Presidents of the California DUI Lawyers Association - a statewide organization of attorneys representing individuals accused of DUI. Vincent Tucci is the co-chair of the DUI Committee for the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice and sits as a Board of Governor member. He recently received the CACJ’s President’s Award. Vincent Tucci is on the Editorial Board in Ed Kuwatch’s seminal work California Drunk Driving Law - the DUI Bible in California.

In the last five years, Vincent Tucci has personally tried over 85 DUI jury trials with 60 of those jury trials having a successful outcome for the client in all Southern California courts with an emphasis in Los Angeles County and Orange County. Vincent Tucci has represented citizens against the DMV in excess of 1000 times.

Vincent Tucci is student certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests in accordance with the standards of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Vincent Tucci has also been certified in the administration, calibration & maintenance of the Intoximeter Alco-Sensor IV Preliminary Alcohol Screening Device - the breath test device you may or may not have taken at the scene of your arrest.

Vincent Tucci graduated with two Bachelor’s Degrees from the California State University at Fullerton and his Juris Doctorate from Whittier College of Law. He is currently on the faculty both in Los Angeles and Orange County for the Loriman Seminar Group teaching other lawyers how to represent their clients when faced with a driving under the influence charge. Vincent Tucci is also a frequent speaker for the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice at their annual DUI seminar.
