Attorney Biography
Robert Raich specializes in medical cannabis business law and regulation, including collective and cooperative formation and operation, dispensary compliance, business transactions, litigation, lobbying, and administrative and political law. He was the attorney in both of the U.S. Supreme Court cases ever to consider medical cannabis issues. Mr. Raich was a member of the California Attorney General's Medical Marijuana Task Force, where he also served on the Drafting Subcommittee and as Chairman of the Caregiver Issues Subcommittee.
