Edward Pinchiff is a former City Planning Commission Chairman with a proven record as a business litigation & transactional Attorney offering services in a variety of areas including marijuana law, California cannabis regulations & licenses, hemp law, business, land use, planning, contracts, dispute resolution, nuisance actions, unfair competition lawsuits, and more. Mr. Pinchiff is helping those in the cannabis & hemp industies find their way through local and State regulations & rules including licensing, zoning, code enforcement & citations, conditional use permits, corporate documents, and business laws. He is also skilled in assisting State and local jurisdictions write the laws & regulations that fairly balance the interests of the community with those of the industry.

Mr. Pinchiff is active in the community and a leader in organizations serving military members, first responders and seniors. Mr. Pinchiff is a graduate of University of the Pacific / McGeorge School of Law and Pepperdine University.
