Attorney Biography
Anthony "Tony" Valente, Attorney at Law, joined Dolan Law Offices from the California Department of Justice where he served as a Special Agent Supervisor in the Bureau of Firearms and Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement. Tony is also a former local police officer and brings more than 29 years of law enforcement experience and training to defending clients. In addition to supervising all firearms related enforcement in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, Tony supervised gang and major narcotics task forces.
Tony has testified as an expert in firearms related investigations and educates lawyers and investigators to give them a better understanding of issues related to firearms transactions, registration, and prohibitions.
