DO NOT HIRE
February 2019: We met with Josh Bryant for a consultation. March 2019: We accepted a quote and
paid an invoice in the amount of $1675.00 for "A standard estate plan, to include pour over wills,
powers of attorney for financial and healthcare purposes, a living will, and a revocable living
trust, as well as a standard irrevocable trust". We received a 25% discount for being a "fellow
special needs family". It is currently July 19, 2020 and we still have NO second draft of our
documents, after submitting the first draft revisions in September 2019. In June and July 2020
alone, Josh has been a no-show to two virtual meetings, he has stopped responding to our emails,
only one of the numbers we have for him works but the voice mailbox is full, all of the websites he
has given us are broken links, and he has blocked us from his Facebook pages. We have learned that
he pays for services from "BrandYourself", which is a reputation management company. It provides
software and services to help businesses and individuals out-rank negative search results with new
content. We could not be more disappointed. He gained our business by promoting the fact that we are
"fellow special needs families". He promotes himself as an "ethicist", but his practices are
completely unethical. I am appalled by his deceitfulness, his lack of professionalism and his
apathy. I have recently learned of four other families in the Northwest Arkansas area who paid Josh
for services he has not completed, and he refuses to communicate with them as well. DO NOT DO
BUSINESS WITH JOSH BRYANT!!
